Delivery Areas
- We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Order Processing Time
- Orders are confirmed by phone/WhatsApp and dispatched within [1-2] working days.

Delivery Time
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): [2-4] working days.
- Other cities and remote areas: [4-7] working days.
- These are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Standard delivery: Rs [200] nationwide.
- Free shipping on orders above Rs 3499.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.
- Customers are advised to open the parcel in front of the courier and check the items before paying.
- If you refuse to accept or pay for an order without a valid reason, we may decline your future orders.

Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email/WhatsApp.
- You can track your parcel using the tracking link on the order confirmation page or the courier's website.

Incorrect Address or Unreachable Customer
- Please provide a complete address and a working phone number.
- If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 8 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
- We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund the order as per our Return & Refund Policy.
